Baba Ramdev Yoga for low blood pressure

Health News:The strength of the blood between the arteries is called blood pressure. Blood is pumped into the arteries by the heart. Pressure is high when the heart pumps the blood into the arteries this is called systolic pressure. Then the heart relaxes at this time the pressure is low and is called diastolic pressure. Blood pressure is measured using these two conditions namely systolic and diastolic pressure. Pressure levels for a normal person are between 120/80. When the two readings are high then the person has high blood pressure or hypertension, when the readings go below 90/60 it is called low blood pressure or hypo-tension.

Treatment is not necessary if the symptoms of low blood pressure are mild. However constant low blood pressure can cause heart problems to a severe extent along with fainting, neurological and endocrine disease. Severe symptoms of hypotension can create lack of oxygen and nutrients to the body leading to a state of shock. This is a life-threatening situation and can lead to shock in the body.

Swami Ramdev Baba has many yoga techniques which help in low blood pressure patients. These yoga techniques are done without use of any drugs and the cure is almost immediate. They can immediately control their low blood pressure. Periodic check up with the doctors can easily relieve the patients. Some techniques used are Uijayi Pranayama, Nadishodhan Pranayama. Pranayama should be practiced in the morning.

Thus these techniques of Swami Ramdev baba have helped many to overcome low blood pressure.
