Now pregnancy is not always need to be lying on the bed. According to researchers during the pregnancy, light exercise is beneficial for both mother and baby. Yet it is believed that exercise during pregnancy affects baby's health.
Researchers at the University of Madrid Peultachnik 25 to 30 years 200 pregnant women divided into two groups they studied. First Group has made regular light exercise, while another group was to remain as per normal routine. These women after delivery of their babies were tested. Investigation found that women who exercise weight infants compared to infants of women with normal routine was fairly balanced.
